- We carry out business assurance (risk management) audits and we review and monitor policies to ensure fitness-for-purpose and DfE and wider legal compliance following which we will work closely with your HR and senior managers to mitigate any areas of legal vulnerability that have been identified by, for example, providing tailored advice or training to managers and/or governing bodies, or updating or drafting policies and procedures.
